A floodwater system has been spotted at the parks where a man was caught in the act of feeding wildlife.
A man was reportedly caught in floodwaters after being caught feeding wild animals at the Aquatic Products Pavilion at Aquatic Park in Tempe, Arizona.
The Aquatic Product Pavilion at the Arizona Aquatic Center was flooded with water from floodwaters.
The park said they have been closed to visitors.
